We've designed our systems to optimize human capital, and these terms ensure the mathematical integrity of our outputs remains uncompromised. Your continued use of the modeling dashboard constitutes acceptance of these protocols.
Proprietary Algorithms
Our talent management solutions utilize unique mathematical modeling techniques. These remain the sole intellectual property of Numeriqo Systems. No reverse engineering of CSV outputs is permitted.
Data Governance
We handle employee data with extreme precision. While we model optimization, the underlying data integrity is a shared responsibility between us and your HR department.
2. Software Licensing
